The problem I see with this saw, is it doesn't really fit any market. The fact is that those features can add up to a good chunk of the price. Does a car NEED power seats and a moonroof? Of course not, but don't call someone a tire kicker for expecting to get what they pay for, and don't expect to get the highest price you'd expect for a vehicle loaded with features, when yours is missing them all. You sound like a car dealership that expects their customers to pay the maximum sticker price for a vehicle devoid of any optional features, when the same customer can walk down the block to the next dealership, and get quoted a lower price for a car WITH the power seats and moonroof. My personal opinion is that it could probably sell for $600-$700 if you are patient enough, but most likely will only be able to sell for $400-$500. Over the past few years, I have seen many Unisaws for sale in Oregon/Washington for $500 and under that were set up with better fences, out tables, mobile bases, and bigger motors. I can't offer anything but anecdotal evidence, but I feel it's not worth as much here in the Pacific NW as it might be in other parts of the country. Any potential buyer who knows this saw will want to test it on site before handing over any money. The value of your saw is honestly hard to determine because of its vintage, unknown condition, and lack of features (no out tables, lack of mobile base and modern fence).

If a buyer knows the difference between the factory fence and a Biesemeyer fence they are either a professional woodworker or well-read (like most GJ members). Those who are looking to make birdhouses or dabble in a woodworking hobby will pass over a $500 saw in favor of a $100 saw every time.
